I’m Tyler, native of Chesapeake, VA residing in Arlington, VA. I graduated from Hampton University with my Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration focusing in Finance and Accounting. In my day-to-day, I work for one of the top consulting firms in North America. I love my pup Rue, personal finance, DIY projects, travel, and writing.
In high school, I loved math and learning about personal finance, business, and accounting – all the ways in which money was involved in daily life. Fast forward to college, going to business school taught me how to manage money for businesses and partially how to optimize your finances for yourself. However after I graduated, I quickly realized that there were quite a few things that were left out. Thus, When the Money’s Good was born.
When the Money’s Good was created to follow my journey to wealth along with combining my love for DIY projects, personal development, and this thing that millennials call “adulting.” Through sharing my life journey with you, I hope you are able to learn from my mistakes, explore ways of optimizing your life, and realize that Life is a marathon, not a sprint!
